📦 Standard Delivery & Collection Times
Delivery: 8:00 AM – 12:00 Noon (7 Days a Week)
Collection: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM (7 Days a Week)
Looking for a more precise time? A limited number of paid time slots are available for guaranteed delivery or collection. These can be selected during checkout.

⏰ Event Start Times
Please provide your event start time during checkout. This helps us plan routes efficiently and ensure timely delivery.
- Venue Hires: These bookings are prioritised due to strict access time limits.
- Please inform us of the time you have access to the venue and what time you have the venue until.
- Please inform us of the time your party starts and finishes.
- Home Hires: The standard timeslot for deliveries is 8:00 AM–12:00noon.
- We have different timeslots for a more guaranteed delivery time - we do charge additional for these timeslots.
- Please, if your party starts at 10am, do not book the free 4 hour window timeslot 08:00 - 12:00Noon, as delivery wont be guaranteed before 10am.
🌙 Overnight Hire
Available for inflatables, soft play, garden games, and equipment.
- Collection: By 12:00 Noon the following day
- Fee: £25.00 (subject to availability)
- Can be added at checkout or later (space dependent)
Note: All fans and power cables are waterproof, but soft play items must be brought indoors overnight.
📅 Multi-Day Hire
You can hire items for up to 3 days. Select "more than one day" at checkout and choose your return date.
During peak times, we may offer a free overnight extension if your item isn’t due out again the next day.
