Delivery and Collection (home hire only)

Our standard delivery time is between 8am-12noon - 7 days a week.

Our standard collection time is between 4pm-8pm 7 days a week.

For a small fee, we have a handful of paid timeslots for a more guaranteed arrival/collection time,

Free Delivery Areas

We offer free local delivery to all NG17, NG18 and NG19 postcodes.

Prices for postcodes outside of NG17, NG18 and NG19 will vary, these are periodically compared with well-known route planners to ensure charges are fair and accurate.

We operate and serve in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, Chesterfield, Derbyshire and Newark.

Please call us to discuss if the postcode isn’t listed, we do cover the surrounding areas where we can and will always try and help, so please just ask.

Event Start Time

We ask each customer to advise what time their event starts during the checkout process; this is to support route planning and we will always do our upmost to deliver before the event time. Customers with booked venue's will always take priority as time is crucial, given venue's usually only hire their hall for 3-4 hours at a time.

*** If you are hiring at home and your event starts at 11am, do not select the option of a standard delivery time between 8am-12noon as customers who have opted for a paid delivery slot will take priority to guarantee their delivery time. ***

Overnight Hires

Overnight hire is until 12:00noon the following afternoon.

Overnight hire for our inflatables, garden games, soft play and equipment are available at the time of booking or can be added on at a later date if you change your mind, but this option is solely dependent on the products next hire. If you wish to hire overnight, a standard fee of £25.00 will be applied to your booking.

Multiple Day Hires

Our products can be hired for a total of 3 days, when checking out you'll need to select the option 'more than one day' and select the end date from the drop-down box.

During busy times, customers hiring inflatables, garden games, equipment or soft play may be contacted to ask if you are happy keeping the product overnight, in these circumstances, no additional charge will be applied. Please note all equipment including power cables and the fan are waterproof. We would ask for any soft play items to be taken inside until the following morning. Most importantly, please to continue to use the products until we arrive the next day.

When hiring any of our inflatables- GREENFROG will ensure that:

1. The anchor points / sandbags are secure and the inflation/deflation tubes are secure.
2. All cables have been discreetly placed and are not causing any potential hazards
3. The safety mats are in position. (these are not essential for grassed areas).
4. The inflatable is safe and ready for use, before leaving.

When hiring any of our inflatables- the USERS must not

1. Wear shoes or glasses while on the inflatables.
2. Take any items onto the inflatable. (empty pockets).
3. Climb or hang on the walls or climb up the slide (if applicable).
4. Eat or drink on the inflatable (or take food/drinks onto the inflatable)
5. Use party pockets, silly string, or any other items similar whilst on the inflatable.

When hiring any of our inflatables- the SUPERVISOR must:

1. Understand that they are responsible for all users, not the company.
2. Make sure that users are following the 5 points mentioned above in the user section.
3. Ensure that the inflatable and users are always supervised.
4. Conduct regular checks of the anchor points are still secure.
5. Restrict the number of users on the inflatable at the same time.
6. Make sure that users do not exceed the height limit (keep older users separated from smaller ones).
7. Ensure all users using the inflatable as intended at all times.
