It’s extremely rare for us to cancel a booking — we’ve got a great track record! But if something happens that’s completely out of our control, we may need to step in.
If we cancel due to:
We’ll refund 100% of your deposit or payment.
If your chosen product is unavailable, for example due to situations whereby it has been damaged on the previous hire, we’ll offer a replacement of equal or greater value.
We’re proud to be one of the few companies who don’t charge a cancellation fee.
