Cancellation by Greenfrog Entertainments
We take pride in our reliability and excellent track record. However, in rare cases where we must cancel a booking due to circumstances beyond our control, we will issue a full refund of any deposit or payment made.

Please note: This does not include cancellations made on health and safety grounds, insufficient space, or unsuitable surface types, as these details are confirmed at the time of booking and are the responsibility of the client to verify.
If a booked item becomes unavailable due to damage or is no longer fit for hire, we will offer a suitable alternative of equal or greater value.
Cancellation by the Customer
If you need to cancel your booking:

All cancellations must be made by phone during normal office hours (please see our website for current opening times).

Cancellations made by voicemail, text, email, social media, or other methods will not be accepted.

A member of our team will confirm your cancellation in writing via email. This confirmation serves as your official proof of cancellation.

Any remaining balance on the booking will be cleared.

Deposits and any payments already made are non-refundable and will be forfeited in the event of cancellation.
