Cancellations Policy

We can appreciate that on occasions, circumstances beyond our control happen which may result in our customers needing to either cancel or amend their booking with us. Our cancellation policy sets out all key factors relating to cancellations, fees, and refunds.

Cancellation by Greenfrog Entertainments

It is very rare for us to have to cancel a booking and as a company we have a great track record, but we are also open to various issues that are beyond our control.

Cancellation due to reasons beyond our control a full refund of any monies or deposit paid, vehicle breakdown, equipment breakdown, staff shortage.

Reasons exclude health and safety grounds, lack of space or wrong surface type, as these are confirmed before booking and are down to the client to check and confirm.

In cases where products have been damaged and currently, not fit for hire a similar alternative product will be offered of the same value or higher.

Cancellation by the Customer

All cancellations must be made by telephone during normal office. Please check our website for our opening hours.

All cancellations will be confirmed by a member of the Greenfrog team in writing via email, and this must be kept as your proof of cancellation.

Cancellations cannot be taken by voice mail, text, social media, email, or any other methods.

Any outstanding balance on the booking will be cleared.

Deposit or any other payments made will not be refundable and would be lost in the event of cancellation.
