Cancellations Policy

We understand things don’t always go to plan. Life happens — and sometimes you might need to cancel or change your booking.

Here’s everything you need to know about how cancellations work with Greenfrog Entertainments Ltd.

✅ Cancellation by Us (Greenfrog)

It’s extremely rare for us to cancel a booking — we’ve got a great track record! But if something happens that’s completely out of our control, we may need to step in.

If we cancel due to:

  • Vehicle breakdown
  • Equipment failure
  • Staff shortages
  • Other unexpected operational issues

We’ll refund 100% of your deposit or payment.

No refund if cancelled due to health & safety risks, wrong surface, or lack of space — these are the client’s responsibility to check before booking.

If your chosen product is unavailable, for example due to situations whereby it has been damaged on the previous hire, we’ll offer a replacement of equal or greater value.

❌ Cancellation by You (the Customer)

  • Please call us during office hours to cancel (see our contact page).
  • We will confirm cancellation in writing via email — keep this as proof.
  • We do not accept cancellations by voicemail, text, social media, or email alone.
  • All deposits and payments are non-refundable.
  • Any outstanding balance will be cleared from the booking.

🔁 Need to Reschedule?

We’re proud to be one of the few companies who don’t charge a cancellation fee.

If you can’t go ahead as planned, we’re happy to help where we can:

  • Move your booking to another date
  • Swap your hire items
