Setting Up the Inflatable

Your inflatable will be:

• Delivered and set up by trained staff

• Fully inspected before we leave it with you

We make sure everything is safe, secure, and ready for hours of fun.

Power Supply

All inflatables require a standard household plug.
We provide:

• 25m extension leads as standard

• 50m leads available on request (please notify us in advance)

Weather Conditions

Safety is our top priority.

Inflatables will not be used in winds over 24mph (38km/h) — equivalent to Force 5 on the Beaufort Scale.
If high winds are forecast or occur during your hire, you will be contacted and the booking may be rescheduled or cancelled for safety.

Outdoor Hire – Important Info

• Inflatables must be anchored at every point for outdoor use.

• We typically use metal ground stakes (380mm long, 16mm wide, rounded top).

• If you have artificial grass or a hard surface (e.g. tarmac), we’ll use sandbag ballast instead

  Note: Additional charges apply for hard surface hires.

Indoor Hire

Planning an indoor party? Great choice — we hire indoors year-round!

• During booking, include:

  • Party start and end time

  • Venue booking time

• Ensure the inflatable suits your space (especially ceiling height)

• Need us to contact the venue? Just let us know!

Overnight / Multi-Day Hire

To qualify for overnight hire, the inflatable must be placed in a secure area (enclosed by fence, hedge, or wall).
Our team will assess suitability on arrival. If it’s not secure, we may require same-day collection.

• All our equipment is weather-resistant, including fans and cables.

• For heavy rain, we ask you to cover the fan and cables (e.g., move them to a shed or outbuilding).

• Before each use, we recommend wiping down the inflatable to remove any moisture or dew.
