Please visit our Delivery & Collection page for more information. As standard, our inflatable is available to hire in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, Chesterfield, Derbyshire and Newark. If your location isn’t mentioned, please give us a call on 01623 594111 and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Setting up the Inflatable

Al hired equipment will be delivered, fully set-up and inspected by our trained staff before the inflatables are left with our customers.

Power Supply

Our Inflatables require a standard household power supply and plug to operate. We provide 25m extension leads to connect to the power supply, we can also provide 50m extension leads with prior notice.

High Winds

Please be aware that no inflatable will be inflated in winds above 24 mph (38 kmph), which is Force 5 on the Beaufort Scale (small trees in leaf begin to sway).

No exceptions will be made, if winds reach 25mph or higher, you will be contacted by a member of our team, whether this be before or during your hire.

Outside Hire

when using the inflatable outside, we need to use all the anchor points to secure the inflatable, this is usually done with metal ground stakes (380mm long and 16mm wide) with a rounded top. Please take this into account if you have artificial grass. If ground stakes cannot be used because of the surface (eg: tarmac) then we use ballast (sandbags) each weighing at least 163kg and will be positioned at each anchor point, we do charge additional for hard surface hires.

Our standard delivery and collection times are outlined here. A paid timeslot can be chosen during checkout, but this isn't mandatory. We will contact you, when you are the next delivery/collection, please support us in ensuring access and the area are both clear to allow us to safety manoeuvre and inflate/set-up our equipment.

Indoor Hire

Upon booking, please use the empty text field to clearly identify your party start and finish time, but also the time you have the venue booked. This will help us plan and arrange timely deliveries and collections. We hire indoors all year round. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the items hired are suitable for the indoor space provided (including ceiling height). We are more than happy to speak with your venue direct, but will only do so at your request and therefore, please let us know if we can help.

All overnight/multi-day

The hire must be in a secure location with either a hedge/wall/fence around the permitting boundaries. Your location may be assessed upon delivery and you will be advised if it is deemed unsuitable for overnight hire and will result in a same day collection.

All our equipment can be left outside (fan and cables included) as these are waterproof. that being said, if we are experiencing anything more than a few showers, we'd appreciate you placing the fan and cables under cover, in an out building/shed etc etc. It is recommended each day before use to wipe down equipment from potential overnight dew/rain before use to prevent injury.
